Remembering our childhood Pastors. Back in the day, they were called Reverends. Michael's childhood Pastor was Rev. Sims. Mines was Rev. Shepherd. He was a great man of God. Every message he preached, he ended it with a message of the Cross ✝️. I'll never forget at the age of 5, Mom said, "Go down," and I did. He had me repeat the sinner's prayer as I accepted Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior. Reverend Shepherd led me to the great Shepherd and later on baptized me in water. Growing up in Alabama, Easter was a big time in our church. It was a time to reflect on the price which was paid. In our early married years, we'll, we did it again, in Italy, as our dear friends, Cliff and Tiara, reminded us of the paid price. We said the prayer again. Lol. Just wanted to make sure. Later on, they had us to get baptized, yes again, in their bathtub in Italy 🇮🇹. It's a long story, and shortly after, filled with the holy ghost. Take some time this week, and focus on where you were when he drew you in. Focus on the price that was paid. Jesus wasn't just beaten but tortured for you, for me, for us!! Worship HIM! Adore Him! Thank Him! Reverence Him!! HE paid a price, we could not pay! Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus! As we continue to work in preparation for the coming of the Lord, our hearts greatest desire is to be ready when HE comes!! Oh yes!! He's coming again!! Just like HE said he would! We received a prayer request last week from a man in the Philippines. His prayer request moved us to tears. He said, "Please pray for me and my family, that we are ready when Jesus comes to rapture his bride." Please pray that we be found worthy to go with Him. We all were deeply moved. Then he went on to say that God was calling this prayer center to the world. With that in mind, we are making available a 24-hour, 7 days a week, text your prayer request hot line, 209-271-9144. Please do not leave a message. Simply text. Have a wonderful, blessed holy week!! Continue to prosper and be in health as your soul prospers! Behold, the Bridegroom cometh! Let the Church say Amen!!
